At Monzzini, we are committed to the quality of every piece. All purchases are protected by the consumer laws of your country of residence. This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality.
For customers in the United Kingdom, online orders also benefit from a statutory 14-day cooling-off period: you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, then return it within the following 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery. Certain exclusions apply, such as personalised items, intimate jewellery, or products that, for hygiene reasons, must remain sealed in their original packaging.
